Established in 2002 Dalian Hongyuan Machinery & Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a modern casting and machining facility that is devoted to the manufacture & supply of OE automotive components. It is situated 65 kilometers to the northeast of Dalian Economic and Technology Development Zone and as a result has excellent access to road systems and the international port of Dalian. Dalian itself is noted as being a scenic modern city with a moderate climate, which is benefiting from rapid expansion in all sectors of manufacturing & technology.
The foundry has a floor area of 36,000m2, utilizing 2 cupolas and 2 electric holding furnaces with an 8,700KVA supply to provide a total capacity of 25, ooo Tons/Year in Ductile & Grey iron. Within our facility we utilize manufacturing & insperation equipment and technologies that are comparable to anywhere in the world.
Our management system and practices are focused on the supply of OE automotive throughout the world. As a result we were accredited to ISO/IS16949 in November, 2004 and are currently implementing fourth shift ERP management software, to provide an integrated resource and planning system. Supported by our MAT HQ we have established an efficient new product introduction system that has led to the successful introduction of all OE products in manufacturing today.
